Overview:

The Volunteer Kit Staff plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the team’s preparation for matches. The individual in this position will be responsible for organising and distributing the team’s kit, ensuring that each player is equipped with the necessary attire and accessories prior to the match.

Key Responsibilities:

Organise and manage the distribution of the team’s kit, including jerseys, shorts, socks, and appropriate footwear.

Conduct regular checks to ensure that all items are in good condition and readily available for use.

Oversee the provision of essential items such as training bibs, water bottles, and any specific gear required for gameplay.

Maintain an inventory of all kit items, ensuring that all equipment is accounted for and well maintained.

Assist in the preparation of the kit before matches and training sessions, ensuring everything is set up in a timely manner.

Collaborate with coaching staff to understand specific requirements for each match or training session.

Provide support during match days, including quick distribution of any additional gear or replacements as needed.

Uphold a high standard of professionalism and teamwork while representing the organisation.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Good communication skills.

Previous experience in sports management or related fields is desirable but not essential.
